This 90-minute experience begins with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, inviting you to synchronize your breath with movement and awaken your energy. As the pace slows, you'll ease into deep, restorative stretches, leaving you grounded in a state of peace and inner calm. The practice ends with a gentle journaling session, inviting you to translate the intuitive wisdom of your body onto paper. Without judgment or expectation, you’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, letting the flow of your pen guide you to deeper self-awareness.
