​Restorative Slow Flow

 A healing practice that uses passive poses, gentle transitions, breath-work and mindfulness to target the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for "rest and restore".

Yin-ish

 Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga that involves holding poses for three to five minutes.  This gentle practice provides longer holds in deeply restorative shapes, providing time and space to manage breath, deepen and soften deep tissues and ease the nervous system.  Yin-ish is a 60 min offering with shorter hold times and more fluidity between movements

Energetic Slow Flow

A slower-paced form of vinyasa yoga, incorporating a combination of traditional yoga poses that flow from one to the next and are often held for longer durations during the fluid sequence.

Guided Meditation & Yin

Styles of meditation vary widely.  The theme or intention of the class is often dependent on the instructor and their specific training and offerings, while the Yin practice invites long, supported holds and deep tissue release. Most classes are 90 minutes long.   

Vasa Yoga

Vasa Yoga is a transformative, joyful and energizing practice that harmonizes movement, mindfulness, breath and rhythm. Our unique approach features spanda-based ladder flows that emphasize mindful grounding breath and fluid vinyasa sequences.  Vasa Yoga encourages practitioners to connect deeply with their breath, explore the rhythms of movement and fluidity between poses, while heating, building strength, and embracing the energy within. Expect a high-movement class with integrated fluid breathwork. 

Mindful Movement

Explore the foundations of yoga with a focus on mindful alignment, breath awareness, and building confidence in each pose. Designed for beginners and perfect for those looking to deepen their practice

Intermediate/Advanced

Power Flow

Utilizing poses rooted in Hatha Yoga, Power Flow is a fast-paced style of yoga that involves a sequence of poses that are guided by matching breath and movement. 

Yoga for Healthy Aging

A gentle, safe and encouraging environment to practice yoga for healthy aging. Props are used to foster an inclusive environment. Students can expect breathwork for improved respiratory strength, meditation for relaxation and physical well-being, gentle movement for circulatory health, and supported balancing to improve core stability. Geared towards the senior community aged 50+ and beginners alike! 

Flow & Release

Fifty/50

This class is a gentle balance of effort and ease. The first half of class is vinyasa style, creating a moving meditation with the breath and building some heat in the body. The second half we start to cool the body down, releasing gently into relaxing stretches that comfort the body and mind. Leave this class feeling accomplished, rested, and grounded.
