Yin-ish
Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga that involves holding poses for three to five minutes. This gentle practice provides longer holds in deeply restorative shapes, providing time and space to manage breath, deepen and soften deep tissues and ease the nervous system. Yin-ish is a 60 min offering with shorter hold times and more fluidity between movements
Liquid Flow
Students experience the physical structures and discipline of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga poses, infused with the immense creativity and dance-like flow of modern Vinyasa inspired by the universal pulsation theory known as "Spanda". Each class is a series of creatively linked breath-body movements creating beautiful shapes and transitions for inspired moving meditations.
It is a fresh and inspired blend of classical and modern styles.

This class is a gentle balance of effort and ease. The first half of class is vinyasa style, creating a moving meditation with the breath and building some heat in the body. The second half we start to cool the body down, releasing gently into relaxing stretches that comfort the body and mind. Leave this class feeling accomplished, rested, and grounded.
