Restorative / Therapy
Ideal for beginners and those experiencing any discomfort in the muscles and joints, those looking to increase their flexibility or those wanting to practice yoga at a relaxing pace, this class was designed by a licensed massage therapist with an eye to using yoga as a natural complement to regular massage. We will flow through a gentle practice while remaining mindful of areas of the body that require special focus.
Restorative / Relaxation
This class incorporates a traditional restorative style with gentle stretching and is intending to relax and renew the body. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome to join this relaxing practice. We will use full body bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps to relax into restful, gentle postures. We will incorporate soft music and short meditations to help clear the mind and release the stresses and worries of your day.
Incorporating vinyasas, this Hatha yoga class is designed for beginners and seasoned yogis who wish to enjoy a slower paced class and traditional yoga postures. Moving through a series of postures and sequences from warm up to savasana, you will leave class feeling refreshed and ready to begin your day.
This vinyasa flow class is good for intermediate to advanced students and is a faster paced class that blends moderate to advanced postures with traditional vinyasas like the Warrior series. This class incorporates the benefits of traditional yoga while increasing the heart rate and moving the body.
Intermediate to advanced students who enjoy a good workout during their yoga practice will prefer the Power Flow Ashtanga class. This class combines several vinyasas that range from intermediate to challenging and are designed to increase your heart rate and strengthen your body.
Our hot yoga class is designed for all levels of experience, and is performed in a room at temperatures between 85 and 95° that allows the body to release toxins during perspiration. This is a moderately paced class incorporating vinyasas and moderate to advanced postures that will energize and strengthen your body.
Incorporating mindfulness meditation and pranayama, our guided meditation class helps you to center, focus and clear the mind through visualization exercises and breath work. You will leave class feeling more peaceful and serene and better able to concentrate as you learn to cast off your distracting thoughts and achieve a more relaxed mindset.
This is a gentle class ideal for all levels. In this class we will hold a series of postures for longer periods of time to allow the muscles to release and benefit from each asana. Moving slowly through a series of postures, we will work on different parts of the body to improve flexibility and release tension.
