Yoga for Men
Are you a man who’s interested in trying yoga but reluctant to attend a class at a studio due to perceived cultural stereotypes that suggest only women practice yoga? Do you cringe at terms like “Goddess” or “Warrior” pose? Or would you just feel more comfortable trying yoga in a relaxed setting with other guys who may have the same misconceptions?
Come to Gulfport Yoga and have your preconceived ideas challenged, while finding out how yoga can benefit you and even change your life. This is an all levels class, led by David Ambush, RYT 200. This class is designed to address specific issues that men have in their yoga practice, focusing on the best postures for the male form. David will dispel your fears and misconceptions about yoga and open your mind to all that yoga can do for you.
